Grimophone — User Data Deletion
Last updated: June 24, 2026
This page explains how to delete data Grimophone receives when you connect Meta (Facebook / Instagram) or use our platform.
Option 1 — Disconnect Meta in Grimophone
- Sign in to your Grimophone realm at https://www.grimophone.app/dungeon/gl.
- Open Genesis Portal → Connections.
- Disconnect Instagram, Facebook, or Meta MCP. This deletes encrypted Meta tokens from your tenant vault immediately.
Option 2 — Remove Grimophone from Facebook
- Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Select Grimophone and choose Remove.
- Facebook sends a data-deletion request to our callback; we purge Meta tokens tied to your Facebook user ID.
Option 3 — Email us
Email OneBigMonsterGames@gmail.com with subject Data deletion request. Include your business name and onboarding email. We confirm within 30 days and delete tenant workspace data on request.
What we delete
- Meta OAuth tokens (Page access token, user access token, Page ID, Instagram business account ID)
- Connection status flags in your integration checklist
- On full account deletion: your entire tenant workspace under
dungeon/realms/<your_id>
What may remain temporarily
Encrypted backups, server logs, and content already published to Facebook/Instagram remain on those platforms until you delete them there. Aggregated analytics with hashed identifiers may persist in reporting snapshots.
